I was inspired by Regionals and decided that until further notice we will tackle a CF open wod every Wednesday for the next few months. We have several athletes capable of putting a regional team together within the next year or two. Doing these workouts will only help us for what well be in store in next years Open. So lets have fun and put in the work.
