If you cant sustain the work load and miss a minutes worth of work then you are out.
Every 7th minute is a rest minute.
so rest top of 7th,14th,21st,28th
If you are out under 10 minutes then do
80 situps
80 air squats
80 pushups
If you are out under 20 minutes then do
40 situps
40 air squats
40 pushups
go as long as you can! score is total rounds completed
