And so on in this pattern until the 7 minutes is up.
*Explanation: You will be doing the above 7 min AMRAP three times. You will receive a 2 minute rest between each one. Pick up where you left off each time. Example: If you finish the first 7 min AMRAP with 9 box jumps, you will pick up where you left off in the second AMRAP by doing the 400 M cash in run, and then 12 clean and jerks, 12 box jumps, 15/15, 18/18, and so on. Score is total reps.
