“Well I started my cross fit journey almost one year ago and it has been such a fun journey! When I started I was pretty overweight and had started getting to the point it hurt to move. (lol). I remember the first work out was a rush and I was ADDICTED! I love how you move through the work out so fast and don’t get bored cuz your never in the same place for long. I remember being so sore that I could not move but pushing through and continuing to go. I have really enjoyed watching my body change and my self image improve. I love going every day and feeling like I have a group of cheerleaders and coaches cheering me on. The coaches are fun loving and make me feel comfortable. I appreciate how far I have come and look forward to my future progress. Thank you CFBR.”
