2 rounds each of:
12 front rack lunges 95/65
12 toes to bar
Then 2 rounds each of:
10 burpees
10 sit-ups
Then 2 rounds each of:
8 pullups
8 thrusters 95/65
Until the 20 minute mark preform
max effort wall balls. Score is total team wall balls. Partition wall balls as needed with one partner working at a time.
