20 seconds on 40 seconds off for 5 minutes

Rx standard is chest and thighs to ground with knees off the floor, body remains rigid, then complete at full arm extension after press out.

60 sit-ups
50 toes-to-bars
40 get up sit-ups
30 pull-ups
20 strict pull-ups
10 C2B pull-ups or RXP 10 bar muscle-ups
*22 minute time cap
