20 wall ball 20/14 then:
-max pull-ups
*only pull-ups count toward score, must complete 20 wb’s every set before moving to pull-ups.

At the 14 minute mark:
8 minute amrap
24 forward lunges
12 pull-ups
30 second wall sit
*every second hold counts toward reps
