5 rounds for time:
6 power cleans 135/95
10 burpees
9 minute time cap
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
At the 10 minute mark
“Death by burpees”
1st minute 5 burpees
2nd minute 6 burpees
3rd minute 7 burpees
4th minute 8… and so on each additional minute adding a rep per minute until you are unable to complete the required reps in that given minute.
*score is total completed burpees
*once you fail a round and cannot complete the required amount of burpees then hold a 30 second plank every minute until the last person fails.
