emom for 12 minutes:
1st minute- max front squats 135/95
2nd minute- max toes to bar
3rd minute- 30 seconds handstand hold
*score is total FS and TTB
*modify HSH with high plank
* must accumulate 30 seconds HSH within the minute to RX wod
