Heats of 10 go every 15 minutes

Jumping air squats onto medicine ball
Rest 1 minute
6 minute amrap
400 feet of bear crawls
Then:
-Max effort alternating dumbbell snatches with any remaining time 35/25lbs
-Score is total squats and snatches combined.
