CrossFit Black Ridge – CrossFit
A little different format for the next 5 weeks. We will have class from 7-9 am each Saturday. It is not going to be a formal class. We will be running heats of the Open workout . This particular workout is a 20 minute workout. Come early to warm-up and we will try to run the first heat around 7:10 am. We will have about 5 minutes in between heats. Heat 1 – 7:10 am, Heat 2 – 7:35 am, Heat 3 – 8 am, Heat 4 – 8:25 am. Heat 5 if needed at 8:50 am.
