10 push-ups
15 air squats
then rest 2 minutes
8 minute amrap
800 meter run
90 second wall sit
then:
max effort jumping back squats 45/35
then rest 2 minutes (adjust weight)
4 minute amrap
ground to over head 75/55
*score is total reps, run and wall sit count for nothing.
