10 1-minute rounds of:
25 squats (squatting onto med ball optional)
Max reps of clean and jerks 135/95
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
*wod objective is 10 sprint rounds!
*Score is total number of clean and jerks completed.
* scale the squats if you cannot complete the reps by the 40 second mark to allow time for C&J’s
