*”DB floor push” standards are pushing the dumbell/sliding DB with both heads staying in
contact with the floor, you may push with your right or left hand but only one hand at a time.
*run counts for nothing if you end on the run, Must complete the DB push distance for the 30 reps and every second counts for a rep on HSH.
