-max team rope climbs
-max team calories on assault bike 12/9 splits
-max team weight sled push 40 feet
-max tire flips (inside gym)
*modified rope climbs are 2×1 in scoring
*each rope climb and tire flip is worth 5 calories
*team strips all weight off sled after completing the station
*maximum of 2 athletes flipping a tire at a time, 2×1 for assisted flips
