heaviest set of 5 strict press
Metcon (No Measure)
In 10 minutes establish a floor height that you can do 5 unbroken strict hand stand pushups
*anywhere from raising the floor height or lowering the floor by doing deficit.
*If you cannot get inverted then build to heaviest set of 5 strict press with 2 dumbells
