200 meter run
20 double KB or DB dead lifts
10 single KB or DB box step overs 20in
15 single KB OR DB alt forward lunges
30 second hand stand grip/hold onto DB’s
*RX KB 53/35-DB 50/35
*If using KB’s then setup a heavy set of DB’s for HSH position
*Touch one head of DB’s for DL
*Seconds on HSH count for reps, Run counts for nothing.
