3 X 1 SinglesFrom Emily: “I have come to LOVE CrossFit with all my heart! I found it after having knee surgery and struggling to get back to where I was before the surgery. Josh invited me to come try it at the garage and I instantly became hooked! As soon as the gym officially opened and I was able to put that barbell in my hands, there was no going back. It was what I had been looking for and pushed me to my limits. I absolutely love it because it has helped me realize that I can do hard things and can push myself hard. I love the self-confidence and strength that I have gained from Crossfit. Some of my favorite Crossfit movements are deadlifts, snatches, and really anything that has to do with lifting. I could power clean all day and life would be good. I stay motivated because of the wonderful people that I get to surround myself with every day. YOU are all what help keep me motivated and successful! Being able to work at the gym has not only changed my fitness and goals, but also my life. Crossfit Black Ridge will always be my favorite!”
