Crossfit blackridge is the bomb! I seriously love everything about this box. From the garage days until now the coaches have been so fun and caring
for every single person in class. I love the atmosphere and that even though everyone is at a different level we can all have a good time! When Emily talked me in to going for the first time I was scared to death. I was
super out of shape and didn’t know anyone. By the end of the workout I think I knew everyone and had a blast! My advice to anyone thinking about crossfit.. Try it for a month, and you will surprise yourself. You will feel good about yourself and you will accomplish something hard everyday. Everyone is friendly and has the same goal in mind! I’ve learned so much from crossfit and from all the amazing people that go
there. But my very favorite thing I’ve learned is that life is hard sometimes. All you can do is take it one day at a time and make every day count. A workout is kind of like that. It’s REALLY hard some days and you
want to throw up but all you can do is take it one rep at a time. The rewards will pour in:)
My favorite crossfit moves are wall walks and burpees!!!! Or anything we did at the garage.
