CROSSFIT BLACK RIDGE ENDURANCE CLUB: Because of the high level of athletes in our gym, we have decided to start a CrossFit Black Ridge Endurance Club. This is not an exclusive club to only CFBR members, anyone can join and come benefit from our additional Endurance WODs. We will be starting an endurance program to train for the St George marathon, Bryce Canyon half marathon, or pretty much any race or endurance event you want to do! Using this model. coach Jared Jones, will help you prepare for your races with training around 6-10 hours a week instead of the countless hours and miles most marathon training programs require. Plus you will be doing with other members of the CrossFit Black Ridge family.
YOUTH TRAINING and SPORTS TEAMS Summer Program: Our first Summer CrossFit Camp is now taking registrations. It is a 9 week training program for male and female youth ages 12-17. It will start June 2 and end on Aug. 4. What a better way to spend the summer as a teenager? Improving strength, building endurance, coordination, agility, balance, speed, and gaining a huge self-esteem with amazing CrossFit coaches and other friends!! More information attached as well!

WOD FOR A CAUSE on Saturday May 10th! We will be donating everything to the Relay For Life Charity Event in Hurricane on May 17th. We have 2 WOD FOR A CAUSE times: 7am and 8am. It is free, but all donations will be given to the charity.
