Strength Metcon
In 12 Minutes, as a MM or FF partnership, complete the following work:
50 Clean and Jerks 115/75
50 Snatches 115/75
*Note time
With remaining time, and one barbell both partners find a 1RM Bear Complex. Score is total bear complex weight from both partners. (Jerks WILL be allowed and accepted in the complex)
Endurance Metcon
In 14 minutes, as a MM or FF partnership complete the following work:
1600 meter run (Athletes alternate 200 at a time)
100 wallballs
100 KB Swings 53/35
*Note time
With remaining time complete max effort double unders working one athlete at a time.
Bear Complex consists of: Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Press from back without breaking grip. Squat clean thruster, back squat, back press is okay.
*Cut off times will be used in case of tie-breaks.
For first 12 minute AMRAP, put weight score score in comments box
