“This month marks my one year “Crossfit anniversary.” Last year I heard so much hype about Crossfit so I finally decided to give it a shot. It was painful at first…. Ok it was so dang painful. Not only were all my muscles sore ALL the time but good hell, I realized how far gone my body and fitness were. Fast forward 52 weeks……It took me getting a ways into Crossfit to realize how much ground remains for me to cover. I love feeling and getting stronger, and noticing new definition of muscle tone where it hasn’t been visible. What really keeps me going are of course the people! The social part is as much motivation as the workouts themselves. And I gotta give a shout out to all the coaches……. Thanks for all you do!
