3. Open Division
8 Min AMRAP (Rounds Plus Reps)

10 KB Goblet Squats (53/35)
10 KB Swings (53/35)
10 KB Jump Over Burpees

4. Partner Division (Any combination of partner genders)
14 Min AMRAP (Rounds Plus Reps)
200 Cash in Double Unders (one time, partition in any way)
Then One partner completing a round, while one partner rests for the remainder of time doing:
